 Cancellation Policy 


How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product is shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. You may drop an email to us or call us. Please cancel within 15 hours of placing the order and before dispatch as we normally dispatch within 24 hours of placing the order.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. In this case the amount will be refunded to your ChicShop Credit Accounts. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you. However, you can avail the easy return policy for exchanging or returning the product. In case of refund the amount will be refunded to your ChicShop Credit Accounts. The amount can be used for shopping in future only at
Reward points used while placing the order will also be refunded to your ChicShop Rewards Account.


In order to cancel an item in your order:


    Drop us an email on or call us on 800 2442 7467 – 800 CHIC SHOP  (during working hours 8:00 HRS - 17:00 HRS).
    Use the contact us form here and provide your order details and reason for cancellation.
    Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.



How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as 'Shipped', we will process your cancellation request directly with our logistics partner. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.

The refunded amount will be made available immediately in ChicShop Credit Account.


What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

All cancelled orders will be refunded back to ChicShop Credit Account. This amount can be used for shopping in future at You can always login to your account to check the statement under Credit Account section.


 Refund Policy 


Unfortunately we are unable to offer cash refunds back to Credit Card / Debit Card. However we offer free exchanges in the form of Chic Credit. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, you can exchange your item free of charge - we cover the return shipping fees (for first pickup per order) and issue you credit for the value of the item that you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose the size that suits you or to order another item of your choice.

For example, if you paid AED 200 for an item, we’ll give you ChicShop credit for AED 200 after you’ve returned the item to us.



Under what conditions refund is processed?

When the order is cancelled before dispatch, the amount of the order will be refunded to ChicShp Credit Account with no shipping charges.

When the order is cancelled after dispatch, the amount is refunded to the ChicShop Credit Account and applicable shipping charge will be auto debited from refund amount.

The amount equivalent to returned item(s) is refunded to ChicShop Credit Account and any reward points used are refunded to Reward Account.

** Imp Note -

We offer free return or exchange pickup service for the first time. However, there will be nominal charge of AED 12 on every subsequent exchange/return request.

The amount of subsequent exchange / return requests will be automatically charged to ChicShop Credit Account depending on availability of fund. For any extra amount we can arrange to send a payment link for online payments.

Return related refunds can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product by customer. Beyond this period the refund will fall in special case scenario and would require management consultation and approval.
