The International deliveries are charged based on weight of the product. We have partnered with best courier companies to offer best prices and fast delivery internationally.
We like to give our customers the flexibility of paying cash on delivery but as cash on delivery (COD) facility is being offered in SAUDI ARABIA only. Orders in other GCC such as OMAN, KUWAIT & BAHRAIN should be paid online using Credit / Debit cards facility. Delivery in GCC is free for all orders above AED 399. This is subject to changes in future depending on the charges levied by courier partners.

Ordering by Credit Card / Debit Card will significantly increase your chances of getting faster day delivery as we won’t have to spend any time screening your order.
International delivery may take upto 7 working days for delivery unless there is any issue at the customs.
For Express Gifts or Quick Delivery requirements, you may get in touch with our executives over phone. We have next day delivery service in Main Regions at a nominal fee. Express delivery charges will be confirmed over phone after consultation with the logistics partner. Please call or email us for next day delivery.
We understand that in rarest cases you may not like what you bought for fitting/sizing issues or any other reason and would like to exchange/return what you bought with some other product from us.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer cash refunds back to Credit Card / Debit Card. However, we will refund the amount in the form of ChicShop Credit. This means that if you have placed an order and you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return your item free of charge - we cover the return shipping fees (for first pickup per order within UAE only) and issue you credit for the value of the item that you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose the size that suits you or to order another item of your choice.
For example, if you paid AED 150 for an item, we’ll give you ChicShop credit for AED 150 after you’ve returned the item to us. Please note that any shipping charge will not be refunded as the charges are levied by courier partner.
When the order is cancelled before dispatch, the amount of the order will be refunded to ChicShop Credit Account with no shipping charges.
When the order is cancelled after dispatch, the amount is refunded to the ChicShop Credit Account and applicable shipping charge will be auto debited from refund amount.
The amount equivalent to returned item(s) is refunded to ChicShop Credit Account and any reward points used are refunded to Reward Account.
We will update you through email once the refund is processed to your ChicShop account. We normally refund within 24 hours on working days.
The amount paid the will be refunded to ChicShop Credit Account. You can check Credits by logging in to your account and going to Credit Account section.
The used reward points (if any) will be refunded to your Rewards Account. You can check Rewards by logging in to your account and going to Reward Points section. Any rewards points added for returned order will be auto debited on refund.
