WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We offer delivery across the major metropolitan areas of United Arab Emirates, Oman and Saudi Arabia a complete list of our major destinations is available here.

Unfortunately, there are a number of locations where we are currently not able to offer home delivery. These locations can be found here. But you can avail the store pickup service.

Please note that if you live beyond the city limits of the location you've selected then it may be necessary to collect your shipment. If you're unsure about whether or not your address is too far please make sure to call us on 800 2442 7467 – 800 CHIC SHOP to avoid delays.

 
 

WHAT ARE YOUR CHARGES FOR DELIVERY/CASH ON DELIVERY?

 

 

  Delivery within United Arab Emirates  

 

The delivery is Free for all orders over AED 200.

We like to give our customers the flexibility of paying cash on delivery and swipe credit debit cards on delivery.

Shipping is free for all orders above AED 200 using any payment method, such as Credit / Debit Card, Cash On Delivery or ChicShop Credit.

  International Delivery 

 

 

 

The International deliveries are charged based on weight of the product. We have partnered with best courier companies to offer best prices and fast delivery internationally.

We like to give our customers the flexibility of paying cash on delivery but as cash on delivery (COD) facility is being offered in SAUDI ARABIA only. Orders in other GCC such as OMAN, KUWAIT & BAHRAIN should be paid online using Credit / Debit cards facility. Delivery in GCC is free for all orders above AED 399. This is subject to changes in future depending on the charges levied by courier partners.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We have an average delivery time of two working days. We normally ship within 24 hours on working days and our courier partners will deliver within 2-4 working.

Ordering by Credit Card / Debit Card will significantly increase your chances of getting faster day delivery as we won’t have to spend any time screening your order.

International delivery may take upto 7 working days for delivery unless there is any issue at the customs.

 
 

CAN I GET NEXT DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY?

For Express Gifts or Quick Delivery requirements, you may get in touch with our executives over phone. We have next day delivery service in Main Regions at a nominal fee. Express delivery charges will be confirmed over phone after consultation with the logistics partner. Please call or email us for next day delivery.

 
 

 

 

 
 

 

 RETURNS / EXCHANGE 

 

We understand that in rarest cases you may not like what you bought for fitting/sizing issues or any other reason and would like to exchange/return what you bought with some other product from us.

 
 

WHAT IS THE RETURN REQUEST PERIOD?

We have a no-questions-asked return notice period of 7 days from the date of delivery. So please raise a request for return within 7 days of delivery. 

 

 

 
 

 

HOW TO RAISE A EXCHANGE/RETURN REQUEST?

We intend to make it easy to shop online and to make exchange/returns hassle free. See below our easy-to-follow steps:

  • Login to your ChicShop account from which you placed the order.
  • Go to your Order History page and select the order from which you want to return the product.
  • Click on the Green return icon next to the product you want to return.
  • Fill in the Exchange/Request request form and submit.
  • Confirmation email will be sent and you can check the progress under the Returns section in your account.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES ON EXCHANGE/RETURNS?

 

Domestic Returns

 

No, we have kept the First Exchange or Return request absolutely free to make it easy and hassle-free to exchange/return the product.
However, we request you to please place the return or exchange request within 7 days of order delivery.
You can either avail our easy return pickup service by emailing or calling us or you can return the product to any of the stores located in UAE. Visit our stores here.

 

 

International Returns

 

Yes, there will be return shipping charges (same as international shipping charges). Customers have to pay the return & forward shipping cost for all international returns.
It is very important to place the return or exchange request within 7 days of order delivery.
You can either avail our easy return pickup service by emailing or calling us or you can return the product by shipping it yourself at designated address.

 

 
 

HOW IS REFUND PROCESSED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer cash refunds back to Credit Card / Debit Card. However, we will refund the amount in the form of ChicShop Credit. This means that if you have placed an order and you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return your item free of charge - we cover the return shipping fees (for first pickup per order within UAE only) and issue you credit for the value of the item that you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose the size that suits you or to order another item of your choice.

For example, if you paid AED 150 for an item, we’ll give you ChicShop credit for AED 150 after you’ve returned the item to us. Please note that any shipping charge will not be refunded as the charges are levied by courier partner.

 

Under what conditions refund is processed?

When the order is cancelled before dispatch, the amount of the order will be refunded to ChicShop Credit Account with no shipping charges.

When the order is cancelled after dispatch, the amount is refunded to the ChicShop Credit Account and applicable shipping charge will be auto debited from refund amount.

The amount equivalent to returned item(s) is refunded to ChicShop Credit Account and any reward points used are refunded to Reward Account.

 
 

HOW DO I CHECK MY REFUND AMOUNT?

We will update you through email once the refund is processed to your ChicShop account. We normally refund within 24 hours on working days.

The amount paid the will be refunded to ChicShop Credit Account. You can check Credits by logging in to your account and going to Credit Account section.

The used reward points (if any) will be refunded to your Rewards Account. You can check Rewards by logging in to your account and going to Reward Points section. Any rewards points added for returned order will be auto debited on refund.
